Chakra balancing is the practice of assessing and restoring the natural flow of energy through the body’s seven primary energy centers to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Aura Scanning
Aura scanning is a technique used to sense the energetic field surrounding the body in order to detect areas of imbalance, tension, or energetic blockage.
Reiki Principles
The Reiki Principles are five daily guiding statements that help practitioners cultivate emotional balance, gratitude, integrity, and compassion while living in alignment with the flow of Reiki energy.
