For much of her life, Reece Leonetti has been fascinated by one question: Why do people who are intelligent, capable, and deeply self-aware still find themselves repeating patterns that hold them back?

That question led her on a lifelong journey exploring the connection between the mind, body, and energy system.

Over the past two decades, Reece has guided hundreds of individuals through personal transformation using a blend of Reiki healing, coaching, and mindfulness-based practices. Her work helps people gently uncover the beliefs, emotional patterns, and stress responses that quietly shape how they live, love, and lead.

Reece believes true healing happens when people feel safe enough to slow down and listen—to their body, their intuition, and the deeper wisdom within them. Her sessions and retreats are designed to create that space: a space where old patterns can be released, the nervous system can settle, and clarity can return.

Clients often come to Reece during moments of transition—when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or ready for a new chapter. In addition to her healing work, Reece brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience and several years in corporate leadership roles, including Sales Executive and Director of Customer Success. This background allows her to understand both the internal and external pressures people face in modern life.
